SHIPPING POLICY:

At Lush Hair, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you promptly, safely, and in excellent condition.

Here’s our shipping policy:

• Shipping Time frame: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days within Lagos state after confirmation of payment. Outside Lagos state orders are delivered within 3-5 working days (Akwa Ibom and Cross River state takes 5-7 working days). Southwest deliveries take 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping Methods: We use our dispatcher or trusted agents to deliver your orders.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. 

• Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses.

• Shipping Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment Options: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Direct bank transfer.

• Payment Security: We take payment security very seriously, and all payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Paystack, and your direct bank for direct bank transfer.

• Order Processing: Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped to you.

• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to all orders based on the shipping address provided by the customer.

• Currency: All prices on our website are listed in Naira. If you are ordering from outside Nigeria, your bank or credit card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.

• Refunds: In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see our Returns Policy for information on how to return your item for a refund.

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe to be fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

• Payment Disputes: If you have a dispute with a payment or charge on your account, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

• Payment Information Storage: We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payment information is securely transmitted to our payment processors for processing.

• Changes to Payment Policy: We reserve the right to update our Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

RETURN POLICY:

• Returns Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. Hair extensions and wigs must be in their original packaging and have all tags and seals intact.

 

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).


• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package arrives at our facility.


• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.


• Changes to Return Policy: We reserve the right to update our Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
