SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Timeline: Orders within Lagos state are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days, while orders outside Lagos state are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days for local shipments. For International deliveries kindly send us an email at [email protected] for more information.
  2. Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. We currently do not offer free shipping,
  3. Delivery Partner: Reliable logistics partners ensure timely delivery. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS. Note: we do not operate doorstep deliveries for items going outside Lagos State.
  4. Undelivered Packages: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for redelivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 48hrs of delivery in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  2. Process: Submit a return request via email or on our website. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a defect.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 21 business days after the returned item is inspected. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: Report damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Kindly send an email.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 48hrs for items of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
  2. Process: Initiate an exchange request online. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  3. Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Local: Debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.
  2. Currency: Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦). International orders may incur currency conversion fees.
  3. Security: Payments are secured via SSL encryption. We do not store payment details.
  4. Failed Transactions: If payment fails, confirm with your bank or payment provider before retrying.
