Processing Time
We ship all website orders using a third-party logistics company.
Local (within Nigeria): Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Lagos State. And 3-7 business days to other states within Nigeria.
International: For international delivery, kindly note that deliver period is subject to the terms and conditions of the particular carrier option you selected on checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
If your order is urgent, please choose the fastest shipping option.
Dispatch Updates
If you haven’t received a shipping or delivery update within the expected time, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Haven’t Received Your Order Yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an extra 2–3 days before contacting us. Sometimes, delays happen with the courier.
Once an item has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery company.
We do not offer refunds for lost packages, but we will resend your order if the courier confirms it’s lost and can’t be found.
NOTE: For orders within Nigeria, we do not offer door step delivery outside Lagos State. Only orders within Lagos State are delivered to door step.
