1. Refund Eligibility

  • Return Approval: Refunds are only applicable to items returned in line with our Return Policy and approved after inspection.

  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer.


2. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our Quality Control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards. Only items that pass this inspection will move forward to the refund stage.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within 21 business days of approval. Please allow 21 business days to elapse for the funds to appear in your bank or card account.

  • Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been successfully processed.


3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Shipping and Taxes: Shipping fees, customs duties, and any local taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Report Timeline: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • Refund Coverage: For confirmed cases, an exchange will be initiated, and where the correct product is unavailable, a full refund will be provided, including the original shipping costs.
